I know how difficult our jobs are, how depleted we can become caring for the needs of our clients, and the intense demands that have been greater than ever for the past few years. While therapists know how important rest and personal self-care is, we don’t often take time to care for our own physical health and mental wellness.
We invite you to do just that and prioritize your well-being!
Our retreats are ALL-INCLUSIVE, with healthy meals, yoga, and daily guided wellness activities as well as additional excursions and time for self exploration. All retreats are small, limited to 10-12 people , in order to ensure a more personalized and intimate experience.
